Nature of request
John Blaunchard requests that the manor of Barford St Martin and land in Wilton be restored to him, according to the terms of his indenture. He states that his father leased the property to Milborn and others on certain conditions, but that Milborn, who came to hold this alone, has broken these terms. However, Milborn has been outlawed for the murder of John Godefrey, and the property has been taken into the king's hands.
