- The Mayor and citizens of Hereford claim that their city is impoverished by the sums payable to the king for their fee farm and for each tenth collected in the town, particularly due to the number o people in the town who are exempt from contributing to various levies. They therefore requests that their franchises be extended in the same manner as has occurred in Worcester and Gloucester, and also that no citizen of the town be forced to go out of their town to answer the justices of the peace, the sheriff or other officials.
