Hornyk requests:1) that a writ of supersedeas be granted to the justices of the peace for Somerset ordering them not to proceed with the case concerning Francis, late prior of Montacute who was indicted of various felonies and treasons;2) that letters be directed to Rodeston, Benyne, Janet and Huntelegh, pledges of Francis, ordering them to bring him before the King on a certain day, because by law he should not be mainpernable for treason; 3) that a new commission be directed to Beauchamp, Bonville, Maidstone, Prake, Toby, Doget, Glaupayn and Crewkerne to take the body of Francis who is disobedient to King and crown;4) that letters be sent to the escheator of Somerset ordering him to enquire into alienations, charges and forfeitures touching Montacute priory made before Hornyk's time, and that the house be granted the said forfeitures.
