Atte Bothe requests that whereas he was in peaceable possession of the church of Harpswell until lately when, by false suggestion, the King presented Ellis to the church in exchange for the keeping of the chapel of North Ingleby worth less than 40s yearly, and Wrangell pretended to have a right in the same church, that the King revoke his presentment and that Ellis come before the King to show his title.
