Vinaulde requests restitution, with damages and expenses, for 250 pieces of his cloth of Essex arrested at London in the house of Treinzam, and for 10 tuns of olive oil arrested in the port of Southampton in a ship of which Martines was master, by Barantin, Beynewell, Cotton and their fellow merchants, and detained without any restitution being made to him, contrary to the truce between England and Flanders.
