The prior and convent of Little Malvern request that whereas they have certain lands in Ireland where they have a proctor resident, notwithstanding the ordinance against non-residence, that they may have restitution of their goods and chattels previously seized or sequestered because of the prior's absence from Ireland and that they be exempt from further suit at the Exchequer in Ireland.

Dated on the guard to 1390, with reference to CPR 1388-92, p. 291, a grant of restitution of the goods and chattels of the priory of Little Malvern in Ireland and exemption from further suit at the Exchequer in Ireland, in accordance with the petition. This is also the date of the Chancery warrant with which it was formerly enclosed (C 81/517 no.6469).
