Traue requests:1) that whereas the King ordered his lieutenant, seneschal, constable, judge and proctors of Gascony to cause him to have his land from which the lord of Castillon's wife ousted him, as he held it in the time of his uncle the sultan and the sultan's son, his cousin, which the King then confirmed before the lord of Castillon, that the King grant him the hostel of Tartax in Bordeaux, previously given to the lord of Castillon, in recompense of his arrears and damages and that he be put in possession of the same;2) that the King order the same officers to put Traue in possession of the land of La Libarde in Guyenne which Bedouson and his wife hold;3) that the King extend his grant of protection and safeguard from two years to five years and administer the goods of the petitioner's wife and order the same officers not to interfere with her lands during this term.
