Clisseby requests that the chancellor is commanded to make a warrant to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer that he, the parson of Simonburn, is not the same John de Clisseby who was victualler at Perth and Cupar, and that he be finally discharged of the demand for him to account, and execution be made against the other John de Clisseby who goes by the name Marcand.
