Nature of request
Feriby requests that the sheriff of Gloucester be commanded to deliver the beasts and goods that were Middleton's to him and he will answer to the king or Middleton's executors for the value if there are arrears. The beasts and goods were taken by the sheriff until the account of Middleton for the time that he was victualler of Calais is rendered.
