- Overton requests that she is able to sue a writ of annuity in Common Pleas for 10 marks from the hospital of St Giles, and that the chancellor be ordered not to issue any writ in disturbance or delay of her and her suit against the master and brothers and sisters of the hospital. She was granted a corrody there by the master and brothers and sisters with the condition that she receive 10 marks annually from the hospital if it was withdrawn, and it was withdrawn and she has unsuccessfully sued to the chancellor for the annuity.
