Eure requests that the chancellor be commanded to make a writ to the justices assigned to an assize of mort d'ancestor brought against Kellawe and his wife for the manor of Callerton Darras ordering them to proceed to judgment as they have delayed because the Kellawes alleged that Isabel de Kellawe's father died seised of the manor and it was seized into the king's hand after his death for debt.
