Fitz Alan requests that the chancellor be commanded to deliver the charter made by the earl of Surrey to the king enfeoffing him with all his lands in Surrey, Sussex and elsewhere contrary to a grant of the late king to the petitioner's father, be delivered to him as was previously commanded but not performed, and that the king quitclaim all his rights in the lands.
