Giffard requests that the chancellor be commanded to hear the parties in the dispute between him and the brothers chaplains, and that those found at fault be punished in due manner. He also requests that the statutes of the hospital be maintained and their goods expended according to their foundation, and that an agreement lately made by maintained.
