Nature of request
Trymenel requests that a remedy be ordained for him for the error as Meryngton procured an assize against him for the manor of Moreton, and when Trymenel with his wife and sons was coming to the assize, Meryngton and Stonley seized them and imprisoned them in Lighthorne and then Barford, manors belonging to the earl of Warwick, so that Trymenel lost the assize by default.
