Nature of request
Secret seal letter of the king whereby he states that he has received the petition of Asshewy and has granted that he can be received for his mother to pursue and try with the Peverells in a plea pending in the Bench between them and the king, and it is commanded that a writ under the great seal to the justices of the Bench on this.
