Whypstede requests that the chancellor be charged to make a writ to the sheriff of Essex to certify in Chancery the reason for the taking of land late of Aunore's in Havering atte Bower into the queen's hand, and that the justices hearing Whypstede's suit be commanded to make execution in those lands if the lands were taken into the queen's hand after the making of a statute merchant for a sum owed by Aunore to Whypstede.
