Beachamp requests remedy [and the assignment of justices] as he was assigned to be one of the keepers of the peace in Worcestershire and he came to attach malefactors in Worcester but Carter and others assaulted him so that he and his son only escaped from the commons of Worcester by great pains, and none of the king's ministers dare go there now.
