The abbot and convent request remedy as they granted the church of Sandon to Peshale and his assigns for fifty years, the church reverting to them if he died before the end of the term, but the church was taken into the king's hand as it was believed that it forfeited to him, and it has been granted to Woore, and this is against the condition since Peshale is dead.
