[Petition in 2 parts:]1) The parents and grandparent request that the sentence of banishment placed on the Saint Miquel brothers and others for the death of Mirall be confirmed, and the seneschal be commanded to hold and keep to it.2) Miall and Puyade request that the sentence of banishment on Roaylis and others for the death of William de la Puyade be confirmed, and the seneschal be commanded to hold and keep to it.
Nature of endorsement
It pleases the king that the seneschal of Gascony and the constable of Bordeaux be commanded to inform themselves of these matters, and if they find the banishments were made for just cause and due process then the banishments be in their force.
