The petitioners, brother and sister, request that the seneschal of Gascony be ordered to render and restore the goods and inheritance which should have come to them on the death of Cabosit, as the provost of Bazadais gave them to Delator after Cabosit, accused of certain crimes during the time that Bazas was in the obedience of the French, escaped from prison.
Nature of endorsement
Let the seneschal and constable be ordered that they take good information on this business, and certify the king of this with their advice upon this on what ought to be done.
