- The mayor and burgesses request that they be granted the hustings with cognisance of all pleas and view of frankpledge rendering the profits at the Exchequer. The bishop had petitioned for return of the liberties of Lynn which had been seized into the king's hand, but had failed to appear in parliament for the deliberation of the matter.
