- Bidau requests remedy as 4 messengers that the mayor and people sent by a galley concerning the surrender of the people of the Agenais to the king of French have been charged by the king of France in a certain sum because the master and mariners of the galley robbed a ship of Brittany, though the mayor and people of Bayonne had instructed the master and mariners not to commit such acts, and the messengers are not culpable or took any of the profits.
