Okenere requests that he be granted letters under the privy seal to the chancellor for him to have a supersedeas under the great seal to the sheriff of Derbyshire to cease the demands for money for land for which he has been charged in the eyre of Derbyshire as he has sued the heirs of Montgomery for a contribution towards the sum demanded as William de Montgomery without licence entered the land and held it after the forfeiture of Adam Forester and during the minority of the petitioner's father.
