[Petition in 2 parts:]1) Fossac requests that the king have regard for the losses that he has incurred in the king's service, and that he will have such regard for his estate that he is able to continue in the king' service.2) Fossac requests that the constable of Bordeaux be commanded to pay him the money that is due for he and his father's service to the king and his father, or that an assignment be made in the duchy.
