Saumaries requests remedy and that he will order the chancellor by his letters containing the details of the writ and inquisition held concerning Saumaries's claim to the castle of Jerbourg which was enclosed by the people in time of war, and that he give such warrant and deliverance as pertains to the case as the process that followed the taking of the inquisition is contrary to the law and customs of the isle.
