Badmynton requests that the king will command by his letters to the chancellor that he make due and hasty execution of his presentation to the church of Brinkworth so that the king's right is not delayed and the presentation delayed. The presentation was recovered against the abbot of Malmesbury and Badmynton was presented to the church.
