[Petition in 2 parts:]1) Darcy requests that the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer be ordered to make allowance for the sum of £100 that the king ordered the sheriff of Yorkshire to pay him for his preparations towards going to Ireland as this was a gift of the king's father. He also requests that they be commanded to account with him for the time that he was the king's minister.2) He requests that the treasurer and barons of Ireland be commanded to account with him for the voyages made in Ireland, and the horses he lost in the king's service.

The petition dates to 1330 as the various requests of the petitioner were granted by three entries in the close rolls of 15 April 1330, the privy seal warrant dating to the same day (CCR 1330-3, p.18; C 81/170/3439).
