The abbot and convent request that the statute made at Westminster concerning religious be held to in their case as the king has sent Bryhull to them for to take his livery in the manner that the house gave to Cook, but Cook only came to their house because of illness at the request of the king's grandfather when he passed through Shropshire and remained there until he was well.
