Grauntsete requests that he is able to have a writ to the treasurer and chamberlains of the Dublin Exchequer that they send without delay into the Chancery of England under the seal of the Exchequer of Dublin the tenor of the recognisance made by Fitz Reginald to Grauntsete so that he can have execution of the recognisance. Fitz Reginald does not have any lands and tenements, goods and chattels in Ireland, but at the time of the making of the recognisance he did have them in England.
