[Petition in 2 parts:]1) Percy requests that he is able to grant to Thomas Percy messuages and land in Catton, Scorborough and Rathmell to be held of the petitioner for the petitioner's life for 20 marks annually, and after his death rendering a rose.2) Percy requests that he is able to grant to Robert Percy messuages and land in Throxenby, Buckden and Windersome, and the reversion of lands in Dalton by Topcliffe, to be held of the petitioner for the petitioner's life for 20 marks annually, and after his death rendering a rose.
