The petition dates to 1319 as the privy seal warrant in response to the petition dates to 18 June 1319 [12 Edw. II] (C 81/1329/5). The writ of diem clausit extremum to hold Dene's inquisition post mortem was issued on 16 May 1319, with a writ of certiorari issued on 8 June and a writ of plenius certiorari on 11 October.
