Transfer of Mr C N C Roach (Clerk to the Police Magistrate of District 'C'). Informs that he has transferred Mr Roach to the Clerkship of District 'E' to replace Mr Knight who recently died. Confirms also appointing Mr I J Tinling (Clerk in the Auditor General's Office) to the post of Clerk to the Police Magistrate of District 'C', to replace Mr Roach. Awaits the approval of the Secretary of State for both appointments.
