Acknowledges receipt of the Circular despatch dated 7 September 1900, transmitting a copy of a Treaty of Friendship, Commerce and Navigation between the United Kingdom and British Honduras, together with an explanatory Protocol. Informs that the Government of Barbados wishes, if no difficulty arises, to adhere to the Treaty.
