Cable Communication with the United Kingdom. Sends copy of correspondence with Sir Cavendish Boyle on the subject of the improved Cable Communication with the United Kingdom. Suggests that if the various West Indian Colonies and British Guiana are all in favour, competing Companies should be approached to obtain an offer for a more extended and perfected all British Cable services at a moderate tariff. Proposes that such offer be then considered by the Colonial Government separately or, if necessary, jointly in an inter-colonial Conference.
