Description

Application E G Sinckler, Clerk of the Assistant Court of Appeal. Forwards the application of Mr Sinckler for promotion to Police Magistracy in the Colony, should an opportunity present itself. Confirms that Mr Sinckler is acting at present as a Police Magistrate of District 'A' and is performing his duties to his satisfaction. Encloses a Form of Application for Promotion and a letter of references from the President of the Assistant Court of Appeal.
