Description

Central Factory. Transmits letter from Mr Alistair Cameron requesting Imperial aid for the establishment of a small factory in Barbados. Confirms that he has known Mr Cameron for a number of years and considers him to be a trustworthy and capable gentleman but refrains from expressing any views for or against his scheme until he has received feedback from the Secretary of State.
