Description

George Everett. About his tender for the removal of nuisances in the double dock at Chatham, he has been down there, discussed the matter with the yard officers, obtained information to find the cause of the damage and wishes to know the Board's opinion. He has also laid a complaint against Mr. Whittaker and others who have hindered discoveries of embezzlement.
