Petition from Richard Card, late boatswain and John Cook, late carpenter of the Charles Galley who were made run on the ship's books, were sent ashore at Portsmouth for stores, the ship sailed before they could get on board, they have written to the Admiralty who have promised warrants for other ships and apply for the Rs to be taken off.
