Description

Captain G. Elwes, the Swiftsure in the Hope. About Mr. Smallbone's letter and provisions put aboard the Sunderland at Cyprus, he encloses an account (not now attached), and although Mr. Smallbone complains he got no receipt, he would not give one despite being urged by Captain Sincock, and would only give an account to the Victualling Commissioner. He repeats request for stores, being ordered to Gothenburg.
