Three plans of works in Bermuda, originally drawn to accompany Brevet Major Blanshard's letter of 14 September 1826. (11) 'A': 'Sketch of The Naval yard, Ireland Island with the works proposed for its defence'. Scale: 1 inch to 100 feet [1:1,200]. (12) 'B': 'Outline of Major Blanshards project for a work on Retreat Hill. Bermuda'. Scale: 1 inch to 40 feet [1:480]. Signed by Thomas Blanshard, Brevet Major, Commanding Royal Engineer, 14 September [1826]. (13) 'B N o.2': 'Survey of Retreat Hill and Land adjoining'. References to proposed work and privately owned land. Scale: 1 inch to 100 yards [1:3,600]. Annotated: 'With sketch of the proposed enlarged Work - to accompany Major Blanshards letter... '. Dimensions of sheets: (11) 81 cm x 95 cm; (12) 35 cm x 41 cm; (13) 37 cm x 31 cm.
