Copied by John F A Symonds, Lieutenant, Royal Engineers, 22 April 1838; annotated: 'Copy taken from plan sent to England by L t Col Tylden on 28 th Jan y 1835'. Signed by A Emmett, Lieutenant Colonel, Commanding Royal Engineer, to accompany a letter dated 10 October 1838 to the Principal Officers of the Ordnance.
