John N.B with the "right of way" obtained by the Corporation - to the Breakwater, from Sidney Street - & the effects resulting from that measure'. Scale: 1 inch to 100 feet. Compass indicator. Signed by E T Ford, Captain Royal Engineers, 6 April 1852.
