St George's Island. (12) 'Survey of the Coast of the Harbour of St George's from the Convict Establishment towards Pagets Island...': plan and sections showing land ownership and the land proposed to be purchased. Scales: plan: 1 inch to 150 feet [1:1800]; sections: 1 inch to 40 feet [1:480]. Drawn by Lieutenant Edward W Ward, Royal Engineers, 14 July 1846. Annotated: 'Copy'. (13) 'Copy of the Harbour of S t Georges as surveyed by Com r [Commander] Barnet R.N. 1845...': plan showing the harbour with soundings, coastline and the land proposed to be purchased. Scale: 1 inch to 500 feet [1:6000]. By Lieutenant Francis Fowke, Royal Engineers. Compass indicators. Both annotated: 'To accompany Lieutenant Colonel Philip Barry, Commander RE's letter No 216 to the Inspector General of Fortifications, 17 July 1846'.
