Copied from an original plan signed by Lieutenant H W Lugard, Royal Engineers, Surveyor General's Office, Sydney, 17 August 1844. Annotated: 'copy'; signed by Lieutenant Colonel J A Gordon, Commanding Royal Engineer, to accompany his letter of 8 June 1848.
