Reference table. Approximate scale: 1 inch to 222 yards [1:8,000]. Compass indicator. Signed by Lieutenant Colonel W C Ward, Commanding Royal Engineer, to accompany his letter to the Inspector General of Fortifications, 2 October 1847.
