Suffolk. General plan of Landguard Fort. Scale: 1 inch to 208.33 feet. Compass indicator. Surveyed under direction of Captain H H Jones, Royal Engineers, 1864; zincographed at the Topographical Department of the War Office, 1867. MS coloured and pencil additions showing War Department land. Annotation: 'NB The continuous lake [colour] line represents presumed boundary 1797. The vermilion dots marked T 1 &c; situ of pickets placed by Colonel Tomline and representing the boundary as now claimed by him'; signed Lieutenant Colonel F E Cox, Royal Engineers, 26 July 1873.
