Signed Staff Sergeant William Aylward, Royal Engineers, 14 June 1877; and Major E D Malcolm, Royal Engineers, for Commander Royal Engineers, North Britain, 14 June 1877. Coloured MS reference note and additions show land purchased by the War Department near Kinghorn.
