Scale: 1 inch to 2 feet. Signed by Major General G Whitmore. Originally accompanied a report from Major General Whitmore to the Inspector General of Fortifications, 9 March 1837, concerning a petition received from local inhabitants against the brick wall that the Board of Ordnance proposed to construct.
