Devon: Devonport. 'Sketch shewing Mr Applins' "Royal Clarence Baths" - and gate proposed to be put up': plan also showing Ordnance land. Reference table to boundaries. Scale: 1 inch to 50 feet. Signed by Lieutenant H Scott, Royal Engineers. Originally accompanied a letter from Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Charles Dixon, Commanding Royal Engineer, to the Inspector General of Fortifications, 7 March 1843.
