(2) Plan of lands to the north-east of Southsea Common, showing roads, proposed new road, open drain; lands proposed to be purchased (with prices offered); some landowners' names. Scale: 1 inch to 100 feet. Crude compass indicator. (3) Plan of Lots I-XII on the east side of the road east of Southsea Common. Gives acreage. Scale: 1 inch to 60 feet. Crude compass indicator added in pencil. Dimensions of sheets: (2) 25 cm x 31 cm; (3) 24 cm x 43 cm.
